The Yala safari was the single greatest wildlife experience of my life. Three leopard sightings before 9am — our guide knew every corner of that park. I've done safaris in Kenya and Tanzania and this was right up there. The rest of the trip was equally perfect. The team's WhatsApp response time was genuinely faster than my colleagues reply to emails. Exceptional from start to finish.

Travelling with two kids aged 7 and 10 felt daunting but Tropik Lanka thought of absolutely everything. Perfect pacing, child-friendly accommodation, and our guide had endless patience with the little ones. My daughter cried when the elephants at Udawalawe came close to the jeep — happy tears. My son still talks about the Nine Arch Bridge train. Best family holiday we have ever taken, no question.

Galle Fort was charming and atmospheric, Mirissa was absolute paradise, and Arugam Bay was the most fun I've had in years. The cultural sites were magnificent, the halal food recommendations were spot on, and not a single transfer was late. Our guide was knowledgeable, respectful, and patient with everyone in our group. Sri Lanka is now our favourite destination and Tropik Lanka is the only agency we will ever use.
